SEAFOOD PASTA

This isn’t your regular weekend pasta. This is a special occasion sticker. This is the pasta you make for someone, and they immediately pull out their phone to take pictures. Seafood pasta is the perfect way to impress your friends and family, and it’s actually really easy !

Ingredients :

° 10 ounces (300 grams) of spaghetti
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° 3 cloves minced garlic
° 4 ounces (115 g) deveined, peeled shrimp
° 8 oz (226 g) Manila oysters
° 4 ounces (115 grams) of scallops
° 1 can tomato sauce (28 ounces/800g whole peeled tomatoes)
° 1 tsp chopped Italian basil leaves
° salt to taste
° 1 tsp sugar / brown sugar
° Chop Italian parsley for garnish

  • Methods :

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Strain and set aside.Grind the peeled tomatoes in a blender or food processor. Set the sauce aside.Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add olive oil, then garlic.Fry the garlic before adding the shrimp, oysters and scallops. Stir well with garlic, then add tomato sauce and basil leaves.Cook seafood until almost cooked, add salt (to taste) and sugar.

Transfer the pasta to the skillet and stir to combine with the sauce.Sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and serve immediately.
