Marinate chicken with teriyaki sauce and 2 minced garlic cloves overnight in a zip-top bag.
The next day, in a large bowl, soak rice noodles in warm water for 15-30 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
Drain the marinade from the chicken and get rid of the marinade.In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, drain and set aside.In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat and stir in 3 minced garlic cloves, and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add carrots and stir for 5 minutes.
Add the cabbage, onion, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir until the vegetables are soft.Add the chicken to the vegetables and continue frying.
Add the noodles to the saucepan with 1/8 cup of the oil and 1/4 cup of the soy sauce and mix well. Continue cooking and mixing until the pasta is well cooked and cooked through.Serve with green onions and lemon juice from sliced lemons.
