I needed to form dessert quite quickly thanks to the very fact we had a couple of friends for dinner. Unfortunately, I loaned my vehicle and will not get to the grocery . All I even have may be a box of peach pie filling, a couple of raspberry jam, cheese , spring roll wrappers, and a couple of vanilla frozen dessert with inside the freezer.
- 10 every egg roll
- four tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/three cup sugar
- 1/2 squeezed lemon
- three 12 fresh peaches, whole, medium, peeled and chopped
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/four teaspoon spices
- 1/three teaspoon salt
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1 tablespoon light, melted margarine
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon sugar, sprinkled
Preheat oven 375 degrees F .
Spraying a baking tray with nonstick spray also set apart .
In a saucepan, integrate peaches, sugar and lemon. Add water and cook over medium warmness till peaches are tender.
Let the peaches cool, then add the flour, spices and salt. Stir till properly blended.
Beat your egg during a separate bowl.
Take the spring roll wrapper, place it on a reducing board and brush the eggs around every edge. Scoop approximately 2 tablespoons of the peach filling toward one fringe of the wrapper, leaving a little edge. Fold the edges and roll the spring roll tightly. Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat the above step as generally as required .
Bake for 20 minutes, then brush every spring roll with melted butter and sprinkle every with cinnamon sugar. Bake for a further five minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
