JUNK YARD SALAD

This is Janet Walker’s recipe for a salad called Junk Yard Salad. It’s from a collection of recipes put together by families called “Our Family’s Table” at FamilyCookbookProject.com. They help people make special cookbooks that can be passed down.

Even though it’s officially named Cherry Church Salad, in our home, we just call it “pink stuff.” It’s a sweet and tasty dish that’s great for eating outside in the summer during parties or cookouts.
