This rich, flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth beef is slow-cooked to perfection and served over buttery egg noodles. A set-it-and-forget-it meal the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat (use 2 lbs for extra heartiness!)
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 packet brown gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 small can mushrooms
1 can beef broth (use the cream of mushroom can for measurement!)
Egg noodles (for serving)
Instructions:
Dump everything (except noodles) into the crockpot and stir.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours. Let the magic happen!
When ready, cook the egg noodles as directed.
Serve the beef tips over the noodles and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Want it extra creamy? Stir in a little sour cream before serving!
