Deconstructed Classic in a Tortilla

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup diced onions

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and black pepper to taste

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)


In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet pickle relish to create the special sauce. Set aside.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave according to package instructions.

Spread a generous spoonful of the special sauce onto each tortilla.

Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and onions among the tortillas.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.


Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly into a wrap.

If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for a touch of authenticity.
