Mini burgers topped with crispy bacon and a sweet chili glaze
INGREDIENTS
You will need:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then form into small patties. Cook the patties in a pan or on a grill for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned. In a small bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Brush the sauce over the cooked burgers, then top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
