INGREDIENTS:


For the donuts:
6 glazed donuts (store-bought or homemade)
For the cheesecake filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the strawberry topping:
1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
1/4 cup strawberry syrup or strawberry jam
1/4 cup crushed strawberry shortcake cookies (or graham crackers for a crunch)
DIRECTIONS:


Prepare the cheesecake filling:
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add the heavy cream and continue to mix until the filling is light and fluffy.
Prepare the strawberry topping:
Dice the fresh strawberries and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the strawberries with strawberry syrup or strawberry jam, ensuring they are well coated.
Assemble the donuts:
Slice each glazed donut in half horizontally to create two layers (like a sandwich).
Pipe or spread a generous amount of the cheesecake filling onto the bottom half of each donut.

Add the crunch:
