- Bake the wings for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and chili flakes (if using).
