Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak Bites:
In a bowl, combine steak pieces with minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak bites in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
In the same skillet used for the steak, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce slightly thickens.
Combine and Serve:
Return the cooked steak bites and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and blend flavors.
Serve hot, with additional sauce drizzled over the top if desired.
