Ingredients:

• 1 bone-in ribeye steak (about 1 inch thick)
• 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Directions:

1⃣ Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2⃣ Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or to your preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and let it rest.
3⃣ In the same skillet, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp olive oil. Sauté the shrimp for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway, until pink and opaque.
4⃣ Add the minced garlic, paprika, and remaining butter to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5⃣ Sprinkle the shrimp with fresh parsley and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
6⃣ Serve the steak alongside the shrimp, garnished with lemon wedges.
