Ingredients
For the Seafood Boil:
2 lbs king crab legs
1 lb shrimp, shell-on
1 lb crawfish (or extra shrimp)
1 lb mussels or clams
3 ears of corn, cut into halves
1 lb baby potatoes
1 lemon, halved
For the Cajun Butter Sauce:
1 cup unsalted butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup seafood broth or chicken broth
Instructions
1⃣ Boil the Seafood & Veggies:
Fill a large pot with water, lemon halves, and Old Bay seasoning.
Bring to a rolling boil and add potatoes, cooking for 10 minutes.
Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes.
Toss in crab legs, shrimp, crawfish, and mussels—cook for 5-7 minutes until everything is cooked through.
Drain and set aside.
2⃣ Make the Cajun Butter Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic, stirring until fragrant.
Stir in paprika, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour in hot sauce, Worcestershire, and broth, mixing well.
Let simmer for 3 minutes until combined.
3⃣ Toss & Serve:
In a large mixing bowl, coat the seafood, corn, and potatoes in the Cajun butter sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley & extra lemon wedges.
