Ingredients:
2 snapper fillets
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup lobster meat (cooked, chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
Cook the fillets for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Add lobster meat and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.
Spoon the lobster cream sauce over the snapper fillets and serve immediately. Enjoy with steamed vegetables or rice!
