INGREDIENTS:
2 sirloin steaks
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, simmering until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve the shrimp and creamy garlic sauce over the steaks, garnished with parsley.
