Ingredients:
• 1 kg pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon of Hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey (for caramelization)
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper black
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
• 1/4 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Ribs:
Mix pork ribs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar and pepper black Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Saute the garlic:
Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Cooking the Ribs:
Add the marinated ribs to the skillet and bake them until they are brown all over.
4. Caramelize:
Add water to the skillet, lower the heat and let it slow cook. Stir occasionally until the sauce thickens and the ribs are well coated in a caramelized glaze.
5. Serve:
Once done, remove the ribs from the pan and serve hot with rice.
