Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef mince
- 1 pound of turkey mince
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Italian herbs
- 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste as desired.
Instructions

Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef mince, turkey mince, Italian herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, grated parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.

Spread the marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf and bake for 50 minutes.

After 50 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven, sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
