Ingredients

For the dough:
– 4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup granulated sugar
– 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup milk, warmed
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 large eggs
For the filling:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
– 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos
For the frosting:
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup crushed Oreos
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt.
2. In another bowl, combine the warmed milk and melted butter. Add the eggs and mix until they are well blended.
3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough begins to form.
4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and allow it to rise in a warm area for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
5. Prepare the filling by combining the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos in a bowl, mixing until thoroughly combined.
6. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle measuring around 16×12 inches. Spread the Oreo filling evenly over the surface of the dough.
7. Carefully roll the dough tightly from the long side, sealing the edge to create a log. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
8. Cover the rolls with a cloth, allowing them to rise for an additional 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
9. Bake the rolls for approximately 25-30 minutes or until they develop a golden-brown color.
10. While the rolls bake, make the frosting by creaming together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, crushed Oreos, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
11. Once baked, allow the rolls to cool slightly before generously drizzling the cream cheese frosting over the top. Serve warm for an indulgent treat!
