Old School Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients :

To put together the pasta :

three hundred g to 500 g of spaghetti see notes 

salt

Water

To make cherry tomato sauce:

Six hundred g cherry tomatoes 1 L 

four tablespoons of extraordinary olive oil, as much as one hundred ml 

2 cloves minced garlic 

½ teaspoon salt, extra or less, in step with your taste 

½ teaspoon freshly floor black pepper 

teaspoon sugar optional

A few leaves of sparkling basil or the like, or to taste
