Luxe Cajun Seafood Gumbo with Scallops and Lobster

Ingredients:
Scallops – 1 lb
Lobster tails (chopped) – 2
Shrimp (peeled and deveined) – 1 lb
Andouille sausage (sliced) – 2 links
Okra (sliced) – 2 cups
Bell peppers (chopped) – 1 cup
Onion (chopped) – 1
Celery (chopped) – 2 stalks
Garlic (minced) – 3 cloves
Chicken broth – 4 cups
Tomatoes (diced) – 1 can (14 oz)
Cajun seasoning – 2 tbsp
Flour – 1/4 cup
Butter – 1/4 cup
Fresh parsley (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Make a roux by cooking flour and butter until golden.
Sauté onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic in the roux.
Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning.
Add sausage, okra, and seafood, simmer until cooked.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
