– 2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
– 1 tbsp baking powder
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp lemon zest
– 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
