Homemade Mexican Pizza

 A crispy tortilla layered with seasoned beef, beans, and melty cheese, topped with all your favorite Mexican flavors!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
8 small flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole (for topping)
Instructions:
Cook beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain, and stir in taco seasoning. Set aside.
Prepare tortillas: Lightly fry tortillas in a skillet until crispy, or bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Assemble pizzas: Spread refried beans on one crispy tortilla, add a layer of seasoned beef, then place another tortilla on top. Sprinkle with cheese and add toppings like tomatoes, olives, and green onions.
Bake: Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve: Slice and serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole!
