1 small head of green cabbage, chopped

½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

½ lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds

4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan. -
Brown the Sausage
Add sliced sausage to the same skillet and cook for about 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside with the bacon. -
Sauté the Shrimp
Add olive oil and garlic to the pan. Sauté for 1–2 minutes, then add shrimp. Cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside. -
Cook the Cabbage
Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender-crisp. -
Bring It All Together
Return the bacon, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes to heat through. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
