Ingredients:
⅓ cup butter
½ cup cinnamon sugar
1 cup apple pie filling (from a 20-ounce can)
1 (16.3-ounce) can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers biscuits (Sweet Hawaiian, Honey Butter, or Original) – 8 large biscuits
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
Flatten each biscuit into a round disk. Place about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal, forming a ball.
Melt the butter in a small bowl.
Roll each sealed apple pie bomb in the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon sugar until fully covered.
Arrange the apple pie bombs in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is space between each one.
Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
