INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

2 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup wheat flour

2 chopped garlic cloves

1/2 onion, chopped

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon baking powder

Parsley and chives to taste

Salt and pepper to taste
