INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
Parsley and chives to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
First, we’ll cook the rice according to the package directions and let it cool before using it in the recipe.
Blender preparation:
Next, using, a blender, add the cooked rice, Parmesan cheese, eggs, milk, wheat flour, onion, baking powder, garlic, parsley, chives, salt and pepper. Then beat until the mixture is smooth.
Shaping the dumplings:
Then, with the dough ready, form small dumplings and arrange them on a baking sheet previously greased with oil.
Baking in the oven:
Finally, place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 356 °F or (180°C) and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown.
