Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
3-4 medium-sized potatoes, diced
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Mexican blend)

Instructions:

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until it’s fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
