Creamy Spinach-Stuffed Salmon Delight

Ingredients:


– 4 salmon fillets
– 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and the sautéed spinach mix. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

5. Place the salmon fillets on a clean surface. Carefully cut a pocket in each fillet without cutting all the way through.

6. Generously stuff each salmon fillet with the creamy spinach mixture.
