Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

  • For the Chicken Wings:
  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Wings:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

  • While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
