Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
12 oz rigatoni pasta
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Meat:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sausage. Cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Lower the heat and add the heavy cream and milk to the skillet. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Stir in the Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, allowing them to melt and thicken the sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine the Pasta and Sauce:
Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat with the creamy beef sausage Alfredo sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve:
Serve the Creamy Beef Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni immediately, garnished with fresh parsley. Enjoy the rich, creamy goodness!
