Ingredients
For the Donuts
- 1 can biscuit dough or pre-made donut dough
- Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Peach Cobbler Filling
- 1 can peach slices in syrup (or 2 fresh peaches, chopped)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
For the Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
For the Topping
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
- 1/4 cup glaze (store-bought or homemade with powdered sugar and milk)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Make the Peach Cobbler Filling
In a small saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Cook over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring gently until the peaches soften.
Mix the cornstarch with water and stir it into the pan.
Simmer until thickened, then remove from heat and let it cool completely.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add heavy cream gradually while mixing until the filling becomes light and fluffy.
Transfer to a piping bag and chill.
3. Fry the Donuts
Heat 2–3 inches of vegetable oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat (about 350°F / 175°C).
Fry the biscuit dough until golden brown on both sides, about 1–2 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and let cool enough to handle.
4. Fill the Donuts
Once cooled, use a piping bag to inject cheesecake filling into the center of each donut.
5. Add the Peach Cobbler Topping
Spoon the cooled peach mixture on top of each filled donut.
Be generous for that perfect cobbler texture.
6. Finish with Sweet Toppings
Drizzle with glaze and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and a pinch of cinnamon.
