Classic Dill Pickle Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup pickle juice
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix together the mayo and pickle juice.
- Add the cooked macaroni, chopped pickles, red onion, celery, and red bell pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
