– 1 cup whole milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/2 cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional for a savory twist)
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon sugar)
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (for cinnamon sugar)
– Butter, for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Once melted, dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Add more butter as needed.
6. While the French toast is cooking, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.
7. Once cooked, remove the French toast from the skillet and immediately coat each side in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
8. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup and a sprinkle of extra cinnamon sugar on top. Enjoy the beautiful contrast of colors and
