1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop the pulp into small cubes.2. Cut the ham into strips and the mozzarella into cubes.3. Roll the pizza dough thinly into a large disk, and decorate half of it with the mozzarella cubes, tomatoes and ham slices. Leave the tip clean to allow the calzone to close.4.
