1 bag medium size shrimp (31/40 size) 340g, raw, peeled
100g (3 12 oz) chorizo, sliced

Leave it to soak in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.When cooking, heat the grill to medium to high power.Drain shrimp, chorizo and cherry tomatoes. Discard the marinade.Cutting sheet of heavy duty aluminum-foil. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on the aluminum foil. Place the shrimp, chorizo and cherry tomatoes on a parchment paper. Fold the parchment paper and aluminum foil to form an airtight package.On a hot barbecue grill, place the leaf pellets. Close the lid and cook 6 to 8 minutes until the tin foil has puffed up.
