A Boozy and Indulgent Holiday Treat
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dark rum
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
Melt the Chocolate:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Add Flavorings:
Remove from heat and stir in dark rum, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
Pour and Set:
Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Serve:
Cut into small squares and serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
