Beef Pizza Pie

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup pizza sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Unroll crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie dish to form a crust.
Spoon the beef mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, and chopped bell peppers.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
