Ingredients

•1 (8-10 lb) fully cooked bone-in ham

•1 cup brown sugar

•½ cup honey

•½ cup Dijon mustard

•½ cup pineapple juice or orange juice

•1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

•½ teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

•Whole cloves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ham

•Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

•Place the ham, flat side down, in a roasting pan lined with aluminum foil or a roasting rack.

2. Score the Ham

•Using a sharp knife, score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern. If desired, insert whole cloves into the intersections of the diamonds for added flavor.

3. Prepare the Glaze

•In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, juice, cinnamon, and ground cloves.

•Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth. Remove from heat.

4. Bake the Ham

•Brush half of the glaze over the ham, covering it evenly.

•Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 1 ½ to 2 hours (10-12 minutes per pound).

5. Glaze and Finish

•Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking. Brush the remaining glaze over the ham every 10 minutes for a sticky, caramelized finish.

•Bake until the ham is heated through and the glaze is golden and bubbly.

6. Serve

•Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides!

Tips

•For extra flavor, baste the ham with the juices from the pan while baking.

•Leftovers are great for sandwiches, soups, or breakfast dishes!

Enjoy your delicious baked ham!
